Can the RAM in the MacBook Air (Retina, 2020) be upgraded?

No. The RAM is soldered to the logic board and cannot be upgraded after purchase. This model uses unified memory, and the amount you choose at the time of order is permanent.

What is the maximum RAM configuration for this model?

The maximum available configuration at purchase is 16GB of unified memory. This cannot be increased later.

Can the storage (SSD) be upgraded in the MacBook Air (Retina, 2020)?

No. The SSD is soldered to the logic board and is not user-replaceable or upgradeable. Storage capacity must be selected at the time of purchase.
