Can the RAM in the iMac 24-inch (M1, 2021) be upgraded?

No. The iMac 24-inch with the M1 chip uses unified memory that is integrated into the system-on-chip and soldered to the logic board. It cannot be upgraded or replaced after purchase.

What is the maximum RAM configuration for this model?

The maximum RAM is 16 GB, which must be configured at the time of purchase. There is no option for 32 GB or higher on the M1 iMac.

Can the internal SSD storage be upgraded or replaced?

No. The SSD storage is soldered to the logic board and is not user-upgradeable or replaceable. Storage capacity must be chosen at the time of purchase.

Is the battery replaceable in the iMac 24-inch (M1, 2021)?

The iMac 24-inch is a desktop computer and does not have a battery. It is powered directly from the AC power cord.

Are there any other upgradeable components in this iMac?
